Therapy for Individuals

Individual therapy is a space just for you- a chance to focus on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a non-judgmental space. It is a space where you can tend to the emotional undercurrent that is always present and typically more private throughout your days. It's a place where you can talk openly and feel truly heard and seen. If you’re struggling with anxiety, navigating a life transition, relationship issues, stress, or just trying to understand yourself in a deeper way, I encourage you to reach out. Individual therapy will provide you with tools and insights to manage difficulty in a way that feels fresh and supportive for you. We will work to build a sense of balance and clarity which can feel empowering and reassuring. I believe in the weekly, dedicated space of therapy to care for yourself when so often, self-care time can get lost week-to-week. Therapy keeps you accountable, supported, and on track with your goals in life.
