I love working with couples on their relationship. Relationship therapy is for couples, family members, or friends who want to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their bond. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, crisis, life transitions, or external stressors, therapy provides a structured space to address these complexities with guidance and support.
I will help you understand your relationship dynamic as a couple and what your role is as an individual as well. Most of the time, both partners have a lot to work on and I will help you understand your partnership as a dynamic that co-creates the challenges you are facing. We will address any resentment that has built up over time which is often contributing to you dynamic.
I take a direct, mindful approach using a 4-depth system to explore the surface-level concerns as well as the deeper, unconscious patterns influencing your relationship. This includes:
Improving communication by identifying and breaking negative cycles.
Understanding external stressors on the relationship such as career shifts, parenting, finances, infidelity, long distance, or major life changes.
Assessing compatibility in values, lifestyle, visions, and long-term goals.
Exploring attachment styles and past trauma that is undoubtedly shaping your dynamic.
